Our highly qualified nurses deal with a range of conditions and health concerns. They examine patients, make a diagnosis and plan care, including prescribing certain products. They are experts in many areas of disease management such as diabetes and asthma.
HCA Level 3
The HCA's are important members of the practice team who work under the supervision of our qualified nurses. They can take blood tests, check blood pressure, test urine and can also undertake simple dressings, ECGs and assist with many other clinical tasks within the practice.
Our Practice Managers will be able to help you with any administrative problems you may have with the way our practice is run.
Senior IT and Data Administrator
Mandy also works in the practice. Although not 'front of house', her work is nonetheless important in the smooth running of an extremely busy practice.
Our reception staff are here to help you. They have many duties including answering the phone, dealing with enquiries, making appointments and taking/printing repeat prescriptions. Their job is very demanding so please be patient.
